• Intense use for demanding or full-time professional work - 500 series:
  High-performance chainsaws engineered for intense use in professional forestry and tree care. Designed for demanding tasks such as felling, limbing and heavy-duty cutting, delivering consistent power, durability and ergonomics throughout long working days.

You can use the same chain and bar on different Husqvarna models only if the new chainsaw is compatible with the same bar length, mount type, chain pitch and gauge. Chainsaws, guide bars and chains are all designed for different tasks and performance levels, so these specifications may vary between models.

Yes, Husqvarna battery systems are designed so that the same battery and charger can be used across tools within the same ecosystem:

• Husqvarna BLi-X 36 V batteries and chargers are compatible with a wide range of Husqvarna products, including Husqvarna chainsaws, trimmers, blowers and hedge trimmers.
  
• Husqvarna Aspire 18 V batteries and chargers can be shared across tools within the Husqvarna Aspire range for lighter home and garden tasks.
  

Using one battery system across multiple tools helps simplify charging, storage and day-to-day work, while reducing the need for separate batteries and chargers for each product.

Compatibility with other brands:

• Husqvarna BLi-X 36 V batteries and chargers are designed specifically for Husqvarna products and cannot be used with products from other brands.
• Husqvarna Aspire 18 V batteries and chargers can be used with products from other brands that use the same battery system.

Choosing the right battery is about balancing power, runtime and handling. Larger batteries provide longer runtime, making them ideal for demanding work or heavier cutting, but add weight. Smaller batteries are lighter and easier to handle, offering better control for lighter tasks and comfort over time. Choose multiple smaller batteries for better comfort and flexibility, or a larger battery when longer runtime is needed.
